What is Helium(HNT)?
And why should I want to earn it? Helium Token, known as HNT, is how Hotspot owners are compensated for building out the Network. HNT is a new cryptocurrency designed specifically to serve the needs of the Helium Network ecosystem. HNT is your reward for being an active, valuable participant in the Helium Network. Soon, operators of devices and sensors on the Helium Network will require HNT to send data across the Network. And when that happens, you will have the chance to supply it.
iHub Global's Free Helium Miner Details.
Helium miners typically cost $300-$500 depending on the model. iHub Global will send you a Rak miner for FREE! The catch? You keep 50% of your mined Helium coins. At the end of the day, it's free crypto sent directly to your Helium wallet each day.
In addition, you'll have access to affiliate tools for free that will allow you to earn a percentage of anyone you refer to the iHub network.
How many Helium coins can I make?
Great question! Why sign up for something without knowing your potential earnings. Because of the decentralized nature of crypto, you have the ability to see exactly how much each and every miner is earning on the network.

Why Does the Hotspot Need My Wi-Fi Network?
Will the Hotspot affect my internet quality and bandwidth? No. The Hotspot uses very little data, and nearly zero compared to your other set of devices that are consuming hundreds of GBs per month.
The Hotspot uses data to:
Maintain a view of the global Helium Network
Send and receive data packets for sensors that are in range and using your piece of the Helium Network
In both instances, the total amount of data usage is extremely small and will never affect your network quality.
What About Security?
Should I be allowing a random device access to home network?
This is the most common question. And for good reason.
Security of networks is our highest priority. Please refer to this Network Security overview for information on what we do to keep the Helium Network safe and protected.
Helium LongFi™ is a technology architecture that combines a leading wireless technology, LoRaWAN, and the Helium Blockchain. LongFi™ is optimized for miles of range, and long battery life for IoT devices.
The iHUB MINER earns HNT when devices connect, and for validating wireless coverage delivered by peers. Using a system called Proof-of-Coverage, iHUB MINER's earn more HNT when they're in range of other iHUB MINER's, but need to be at least 300 meters apart.
Range depends on the environment, for rural areas up to 10 miles or more, but for more dense areas up to a mile. Single iHUB MINER's earn less as they can only issue Challenges over the internet, and can’t participate in Proof-of-Coverage.
Cover Your City in Miles of Wireless Coverage
Deliver many square miles of coverage from a single iHUB MINER
Based on initial testing, only about 50 to 100 iHUB MINER's are needed to provide complete coverage for an entire city
Create a new global network for billions of devices
Any IoT device can become Helium-enabled using readily available off-the-shelf hardware components, software, and a reference design that is open source for anyone to improve upon
